At the garment factory of EURO - STYLE a development shop and SAPR are incorporated. Here experts process the information on models which receive from customers in an electronic data or in the form of prepared sets of templates.
Designer in program PGS checks prepared sets of templates, makes necessary amendments and completes model. The technologist processes technology of tailoring of a model according to the equipment of the enterprise and requirements of the customer.
Operator makes layout planning in programs Marba and Genma according to material consumption rate per unit of a product, draws on plotter layout plannings or the information moves to the automatic cutting machine.
Laboratorian stitches an experimental pilot lot of product to look, as the given fabric behaves itself in work, coupling of knots.
On acceptance conformity of the sheet of measures to an outer garments and quality of tailoring is checked.
If necessary changes to layout plannings are made.
The sample of outer garment is sent to the Customer for reception of confirmation of the sanction of start of a product in manufacture.
At the enterprise the creative thinking, modelling and designing of own products is welcomed.
